PROMOTION TERMS and CONDITIONS

Free VPs Promotion is offered by GvD Markets,
trading under GvD Markets Ltd (herein “the Company” or “GvD Markets”), to the company’s clients.

Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This Promotion is valid from 01. October 2024 and will be active until further notice.
2. By participating in this Promotion, afiliates acknowledge that they have read and agreed to be bound by these Termsand Conditions and the Client Agreement as published on the website of the Company.
3. To participate in this Promotion, clients must:
3.1 Deposit at least UsD$1.000;
3.2 Upload their VPs invoice via client portal within 3 months from the last day of vPs biling period;
3.3 Meet the trading requirements below during the exact vps biling period, which is a full calendar month:
Trading Requirement
USD$0.5 million notional volume Refund Capped at UsD$25
UsD$l million notional volume Refund Capped at UsD$50
4. The submitted invoice must include the client’s name, biling period, amount, and currency.
4.l The name on the invoice must match the name used to register with GVD Markets.
5. GvD Markets wil refund the monthly vps subscription cost up to UsD$25/usD$50, with a limit of one Vps bil per clientper month,as stated in Clause 3.
6. Refunds wil be processed within 10 days of the beginning of each calendar month after the vps subscription monthlycycle completes.
